I keep repurchasing this product. Can the taste vary slightly?
Yes. CHITA Coconut Water contains no additives other than coconut water, so the taste may vary slightly depending on the harvest season.
There is some sediment in the drink. Is this a defect?
No. This is caused by natural ingredients and does not mean the product has gone bad. Please shake well before drinking.
How can I check the expiry date?
The expiry date is printed separately on the packaging. As it follows the Vietnamese date format, please read it from left to right in the order of day, month, and year.
How should I store it?
Before opening, store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. During hot summer months, please keep it refrigerated.
After opening, keep it refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
Can anyone drink it?
